I have been a federal law enforcement officer for over 18 years and have had
extensive self-defense training. In the few months that I have been studying
at your dojo I have learned more than in the past 18 years! Your
instructions, hands on techniques and guidance have taught me not only how
to defend myself by utilizing, amongst other techniques, Kyusho-Jitsu, but
have given me extreme self-confidence in every aspect of my new found
“healthy” life. You have also taught me how hard work and perseverance
pays off and to be proud of your accomplishments, no matter how small they
may appear.
I came to you with a “can’t do attitude” and you told me “Give me a month
and I will change your life.” Wow, has my life changed! You have mentored
me to say and truly believe the sky is the limit. Your love for the martial arts
can easily be seen in each and every class that you conduct and the
atmosphere that you create is electrifying. I am very proud to be one of your
students, but more importantly I am very honored to be your friend.
These words that I write to you are only a small token of my appreciation
and do not truly grasp how much you have changed my life. I, along with
